Keisuke Takatou awakens in a featureless white room alongside six familiar girls, with no memory of how they got there. A mysterious voice suddenly announces the start of a brutal death game, assigning Keisuke as the 'unlocker' who must violate a chosen 'keyhole' to secure their freedom. When one captive vehemently refuses to participate, the lethal consequences become terrifyingly clear, forcing the terrified group into a sadistic game of survival.
